Make new friends in your weight loss journey and get the support you need! This month, learn about strengthening relationships with licensed mental health practitioner Mark Anderson, LMHP.

The breast cancer support group is for those who are battling or have batted breast cancer. This is a time to come together and share concerns, ask questions, and learn from each other. There is no cost to attend.

Expectant mothers, siblings, partners, and other supportive loved ones are welcome. Bring your baby and join us!

The mini fair will be geared towards persons with diabetes and pre-diabetes and will feature interactive booths that focus on the parts of the body affected most by diabetes, including the eyes, feet, nerves, heart, and kidneys. 

Regional West Laboratory Services will be offering non-fasting A1C draws for $11 each.

This group is for anyone who is dealing with extra weight and would like to surround themselves with others who are in different phases of their weight loss journeys. This meeting is free and open to the public.

If you are between the ages of 12-18, join us for fun and fellowship. Teens and parents are welcome to educate to come to learn more about living healthy with diabetes. Monthly speakers and/or events will educate on a variety of topics and management tips.
