At Regional West Medical Center, a patient and guest experience specialist is available to assist patients and families. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional care and be responsive to your needs.

Although the Health Information Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) allows healthcare institutions 30 days to complete a medical records request, Regional West strives to process these requests within five to seven business days. 

Regional West Medical Center recognizes the vital role spiritual support plays in exceptional healthcare. Our chaplain offers a nondenominational ministry that is available to you and your loved ones during your time in the hospital.

We have a number of resources available to all Regional West patients and visitors.

Regional West Medical Center’s Pharmacy Department provides a complete range of inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services.

It's easy to schedule outpatient services at Regional West. Your healthcare provider will provide your information to One Call Does It All at 308-630-1503 and they will contact you. 

Our Case Management team consists of two key disciplines: social work employees and RN case managers. Together they work diligently to improve the health of our patients through advocacy, communication, discharge planning, insurance coordination, and ongoing education.
