• Currently six physicians; four advanced practice clinicians 
• Established practice
• Approximately 800 births per year
• 50 percent OB, 50 percent GYN
• Outreach clinics
• Birth and Infant Care Center with 16 post-partum beds
• Level II NICU; eight NICU beds and three pediatricians on staff
