SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Regional West hosted a Kids Bicycle Helmet Safety event on Saturday, Aug. 17 outside St. Mary Plaza in Scottsbluff. Over one hundred people attended the event.

Regional West offered complimentary kid’s bicycle helmets to children who attended. Each child was properly fit for the correct size helmet. Bicycle helmets generously provided through a grant from Union Pacific.
