Regional West’s Medical Staff Welcomes One New Physician and Two Providers

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Regional West recently welcomed one new physician and two providers to its medical staff.

Katrina Pack, MD, is a neurologist at Regional West Physicians Clinic-Neurology. The practice is the area’s leading resource for the diagnosis and treatment of nervous system disorders and related neck and back conditions.

Dr. Pack earned a medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and completed neurology residency training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, where she served as chief resident. She completed a neuromuscular medicine fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Pack is board certified in both Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Kimberly Perkins, APRN-FNP, sees patients at Regional West Physicians Clinic-Urgent Care. She and her colleagues serve patients’ healthcare needs with the convenience of walk-in appointments and onsite X-ray and lab capabilities. Perkins earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing, and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Rhonda Smith, FNP-BC, sees patients at Regional West Physicians Clinic-Surgery, Vascular Diagnostics. The clinic offers comprehensive surgical services for the region, and as the state’s only Level II Trauma Center west of Kearney, provides emergency and trauma surgery services. Smith earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Chicago, Illinois, and is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
