Registration Open for Regional West Rehab Center’s Bingocize® Health Program

SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., ― Regional West’s Rehab Center invites those looking to improve their fitness while having fun to register for Bingocize®, a new and exciting program that combines exercise, health education, and the classic game of bingo.

Starting Monday, Jan. 6, classes will be held on Mondays and Fridays from 9 to 10 a.m. in Regional West Medical Plaza South, Conference Room 1, and led by occupational therapist Amy Veltri, OTR/L, and physical therapist assistant Terri Yanke. Bingocize® is a 10-week, evidence-based health program that incorporates the game of bingo with exercise and health education topics such as fall prevention and nutrition.

Though this class is primarily intended for seniors, all are welcome to attend at no cost.

“We look forward to kicking off 2025 with a great program that can help people be more active and make new friendships,” said Veltri. “We’re excited to get these classes going.”
