Regional West Hosts 5k Run/Walk To Benefit United Way
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Runners and walkers of all ages are encouraged to participate in Regional West’s 5k run/walk to benefit the United Way. The run/walk will be held Saturday, October 11 at 9 a.m., beginning at the Regional West campus.
Registration will be held from 8 to 9 a.m. to at the Scottsbluff Surgery Center located at 4022 Avenue B, Scottsbluff, just west of the Emergency Department. The cost is $10 per person and one canned food item for ages six and up. There is no fee for children under age six.
First, second, and third place prizes will be given for two divisions: adult and children ten years of age and under. Water and snacks will be provided.
All the money raised will be donated to United Way’s 2014-15 campaign.
