Local Chapter of the Nebraska Nurses Association Is Accepting Nominations For “My Favorite Nurse” Contest
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., - As part of its annual National Nurses Week celebration, the Nebraska Nurses Association (NNA), District V, is accepting nominations of Panhandle nurses for its “My Favorite Nurse,” contest.
Community members are encouraged to nominate a nurse who has made a positive impact on their life or their family.
Submit the name, address and phone number if available of your favorite nurse to:

Include a description, in 50 words or less, of why this person is your favorite nurse. Describe his or her attributes and actions, giving specific examples if possible. Please include your name, address and phone number. Entries must be received by April 30. Nominees and the winner will be recognized at the NNA Special Nurses Day Celebration on May 7th.
The nominee must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of Nebraska and the RN cannot nominate her/him self. Anyone can make a nomination including patients and their family members, doctors, colleagues, nurse faculty or nursing students.
