Public Invited to Veteran’s Day Program at Village at Regional West
Scottsbluff, Neb., - The Village at Regional West invites friends and families to join the residents and staff in celebrating Veteran’s Day and recognizing veterans who live at The Village.
The Veteran’s Day program will be held Wednesday, November 11 at 2 p.m. in the dining room on the second floor of The Village.
Village Activities Coordinator Amy Longmore will sing “The Star Spangled Banner” with accompaniment by Village employee Roger Baker. Guest speaker Joanne Krieg will present a tribute to former Village resident, the late Joyce Krieg, a World War II Army Nurse Corps veteran. Residents who are veterans will be recognized for their military service. Refreshments will be provided.
