Regional West Health Services Names Vice President Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Officer
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Health Services has appointed Connie Rupp, MSN, RN, as Vice President Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Officer (CNO) for the health system.
Ms. Rupp has an extensive background in health care and nursing at Regional West. Prior to being named the Interim CNO, Ms. Rupp served as the Director of the Birth and Infant Care Center since 2007. Ms. Rupp earned a MSN in Nursing Executive Leadership as well as a BSN in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Connie is a lifelong resident of the Scottsbluff-Gering area.
