According to Deana Spreier, Family Medicine Clinic Manager, the change was made to enhance patient satisfaction.

“The Family Medicine staff work very hard to personalize every contact with our patients and have a wonderful rapport with them. We felt it was an easy transition to move the phones back to the Gering and Morrill clinics to accommodate our patient’s requests and extend the personalization that our staff offers them,” said Spreier.
