Rugger Drive To Be Closed For One Week
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Rugger Drive, the curved road on the south and east side of the main campus of Regional West Medical Center, will be closed to through traffic from Tuesday, September 13 until Monday, September 19.
Contractors will be installing a raised pedestrian crossing at the southeast corner of the road. The new pedestrian crossing will help to slow traffic and increase visibility of employees and visitors who cross Rugger Drive from the south parking lot. The attached drawing shows the location of the new pedestrian crossing.
