Plan now for back-to-school physicals at Regional West Physicians Clinic-Pediatrics.
If your student needs a kindergarten, 7th grade, or sports physical before the school year begins, take advantage of our two weeks of walk-in physical dates and see our experienced pediatric providers.
No appointment needed! Walk-in physical dates include:
• July 23 through July 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• July 30 through August 3 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The walk-in physicals are for children and teens needing school or sports physicals.
Please bring the required forms needed for your school or sport, plus your insurance card.
