Free Sports Physicals - Scottsbluff

Event Description

Athletic physical forms will be provided. No appointment is necessary. Students must be accompanied by a parent. Physicals are good for 2018-2019 school year.

*If you are unable to attend, Urgent Care, located at 3011 Avenue B, Scottsbluff will continue to offer sports physicals for $45 throughout the year.

An immunization nurse will be available onsite to review required immunizations and vaccinate those who need booster shots. Prices will vary according to the type of immunization required. Payment may be made by cash or check, or insurance companies will be billed for those who bring their insurance card. Students with no insurance coverage will be eligible for the Vaccines for Children Program. No child will be turned away.
