Event Description

Accidental falls cost billions of dollars in treatment and the loss of well-being for seniors. If you’re 55 or older, you can learn to prevent accidental falls by enrolling in Stepping On. These FREE fall prevention classes will be offered by Regional West Community Health and the Scotts Bluff County Health Department for 7 weeks, beginning June 14. Classes will be held from 10 a.m. to Noon at the YMCA. The Stepping On program has proven to reduce falls by 50 percent. Maximum 10 persons per class.
