Cancer Survivors Are Invited to Potluck Dinner and Meeting of the Young Survivors Coalition of Western Nebraska

Scottsbluff, NE - In conjunction with Regional West Medical Center’s Cancer Treatment Center, the Young Survivors Coalition of Western Nebraska invites young cancer survivors throughout the panhandle to attend a support meeting and potluck dinner on Friday, March 6.

Survivors in their teens, twenties, thirties, and ‘older’ young survivors, as well as their support person, are all welcome. The group will meet on a regular basis to share survivor stories, advocate for those with cancer, and together bring an active voice of cancer survivors to western Nebraska.

The meeting will be from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the home of Jeff and Kelsey Kriewald, 2370 Settler Drive in Gering.

An RSVP is requested; contact Terri Yanke at 308-436-2668 or e-mail her at tjyanke@actcom.net. There is no cost to attend the event and childcare will be available.
