SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Medical Center, Scottsbluff, is proud to recognize five employees of Sidney’s Emergency Response Care for providing outstanding customer service and quality care.

Zharyl Younglund, Check Lefferts, Tony Balandran, Enemencio Falcon, and Doug Armbruster were nominated by patients and their families for providing outstanding care that exceeded expectations.

“The Emergency Response Care staff is exceptional. This is the only department I know of in which the majority of employees are nominated individually by patients for our STARS award,” said Karla Edwards, director of Service Excellence at Regional West Medical Center.

Younglund, Lefferts, Balandran, Falcon and Armbruster were each recognized with a note personally signed by Regional West Health Services President Todd Sorensen and received a STARS lapel pin.
