Informational Meeting Dates Set for Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Weight Loss Solutions will host two Ideal Protein meetings in March.
Those interested in learning more about the Ideal Protein system are encouraged to attend a free informational meeting Monday, March 16 at 5:30 p.m. in Regional West Medical Plaza South room 1204. You’ll have an opportunity to learn how the system works and visit with Ideal Protein coaches.
For those currently following the Ideal Protein diet, there will be a support group meeting on Wednesday, March 18 at 5:30 p.m. in Regional West Medical Plaza South room 1204. Those attending will gain valuable tips and insight from the Ideal Protein coaches as well as the opportunity to network with those who are on the same weight-loss path.
Ideal Protein is a proven weight loss system that modifies the user’s diet to promote fat loss while maintaining muscle mass.
Losing weight has numerous health benefits, including reducing stress on joints as well as reducing the risk for Type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
