Jan Taylor named Regional West Health Services Vice President of Ancillary Services
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Heath Services has appointed Jan Taylor as vice president of ancillary services.
“Regional West welcomes the appointment of Jan as the vice president of ancillary services,” says Todd Sorensen, MD, Regional West president and chief executive officer. “Jan’s professionalism and knowledge have always been an asset to Regional West Health Services, and we welcome her leadership in this area.”
Taylor began her career as a medical technologist working in the Regional West laboratory. She served as the laboratory manager for Western Pathology Consultants until it was purchased by Regional West. In 1997, she joined Regional West as the laboratory director and continued in the position until her most recent appointment to vice president.
In her current role, she oversees the management of the radiology, pharmacy and cardiopulmonary departments, Cancer Treatment Center, laboratory, quality resource, epidemiology and infection control, community health and service excellence.
Taylor earned a Bachelor’s Degree in medical technology from the University of Northern Colorado. She serves on the Board for West Nebraska Blood Center.
