Influenza Immunization

Influenza (flu) is an acute, contagious, viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs (respiratory illness) caused by influenza viruses. This prevention measure addresses acute care hospitalized inpatients age six months and older who were screened and vaccinated prior to discharge.
