Community Pharmacy is a full service pharmacy conveniently located in Medical Plaza South at Regional West. We are proud to be a Health Mart pharmacy and offer MTM (medication therapy management) services as well as Med-Synchronization.
Prescription Pickup and MyChart
In order for medications to reach you in a timely manner, we encourage both patients and Regional West employees to pick up medication in person. As a service to our customers, Community Pharmacy sends automatic texts and/or emails to patients (if we have your cell phone number on file, or if you have a MyChart patient portal account) when a prescription may need refilled or is ready for pickup. Refills can also be requested through MyChart or reminder texts from our pharmacy.
You can view, manage, and pay for your prescriptions and refills through MyChart. If you don’t yet have an account, at your next appointment ask your provider’s office about receiving an activation email or text to set up your MyChart account.
Curbside Service
If you are unable to come into the pharmacy, Community Pharmacy offers curbside service. Simply pull up to our former drive through location, call us at 308-630-1900 to speak to a member of our team, and we will complete payment and deliver your medications to your vehicle.
Mail Service
The incidence of theft of medication sent via the United States Postal Service has increased nationwide, including medication sent from Community Pharmacy at Regional West.
Community Pharmacy will no longer mail medications without a tracking number, which will result in an additional $10 cost for each mailed prescription. We will keep all tracking numbers on file, and patients can request their number by contacting Community Pharmacy at 308-631-1900.
Controlled substances will no longer be sent to patients via mail. A valid ID is now required to document proper delivery of these medications when picked up at Community Pharmacy.
In order for medications to reach customers in a timely manner, we encourage both patients and Regional West employees to pick up their medication in person. As a service to our customers, Community Pharmacy now sends automatic calls to patients (if we have their phone number on file) when a prescription is ready for pickup.
