Hospital and EMS Workers Invited to Free “Code Black” Movie at Nile Theatre
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – In celebration of Emergency Nurses Week, the Regional West Emergency Department physicians will host a free, private showing of “Code Black,” a movie that looks into America’s busiest emergency department.
All hospital and EMS personnel, including firefighters, are invited to the free show Oct. 9 at 7:30 p.m. at the Nile Theater, 1433 Center Ave., Mitchell. Family members are also welcome. Please be advised that this film shows direct emergency department footage and may not be appropriate for younger children.
Before the beginning of the movie, fire trucks and ambulances from area agencies will be on display outside the theater and Air Link will also land nearby.

Emergency Nurses Week is a week-long celebration, held this year on Oct. 5-11, recognizing emergency nurses for their dedication, service, and commitment to their patients and communities.
