SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Traffic will be reduced to two lanes on the north end of Avenue B next week as construction continues at Regional West Medical Center.

The southbound lanes will be closed Monday, August 1 until Wednesday afternoon, August 3. The northbound lanes will then be closed and will remain closed for the rest of the week.

Access will be available to the Regional West Emergency Department, ambulance entrance and exit, and Rugger Drive.
