Patient Kudos Earn Regional West Employee a Fourth Quarter PEARL Award

Regional West recently recognized Megan Hauck as a 2024 fourth quarter PEARL award recipient.  
The PEARL award recognizes employees for outstanding customer service, quality patient care, and teamwork reflecting Pride, Effort, Attentiveness, Respect, and Leadership. Each quarter, the PEARL committee selects individuals who exemplify outstanding teamwork and those who have gone above and beyond to take care of their patients and/or co-workers.  

Hauck is an LPN at Regional West Physicians Clinic-Family Medicine, Scottsbluff. Her four patient nominations read, “Megan’s bedside manner is utterly top-notch and second to none. She always makes me feel heard and fully listened to what I have to say.” “Megan goes to bat for me to get my health insurance to accept the insulin I need for my diabetes. I could not get the proper insulin without Megan's dedication to helping me all the time!” “She is so kind, so helpful and I love her attitude. She always makes sure that we are taken care of.” “She is quick at doing my prior authorizations, and quick at sending my prescriptions. She is the most kind nurse. Very good with people and always in a positive mood.”
