SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – From Monday, May 30 through Friday, June 3, the eastbound lane of 42nd Street between Emmanuel Congregational Church and Avenue B will be closed and eastbound traffic will be diverted into the center lane. This closure relates to the current Avenue B relocation project.

Regional West employees are advised that the 42nd Street entrance to the west employee parking lot will be closed during this time. Employees should use the Avenue B entrance to the west employee parking lot.
