Gordon Memorial Health Services Names New CEO
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – The Board of Directors of Gordon Memorial Health Services has appointed Joshua R. Kotter as chief executive officer. He assumed administrative responsibilities for the hospital and rural outreach clinics on November 4.
Kotter, a native of Montana, is an experienced healthcare administrator and attorney. He completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University and earned both his MBA and law degrees from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.

Kotter previously worked as executive hospital administrator and general counsel at Prowers County Hospital District in Lamar, Colo. His experience includes working for law firms in Ohio, Washington, and Utah, before joining Utah Navaho Health System, Inc., where he served in administration. He replaces interim CEO, Jim McHugh, who has served at Gordon Memorial Health Services since May.
Kotter and his wife Jenise have four children Anika, Aiden, Alexander and Avarie.
