Helpfulness and Attention to Detail Earns Regional West Employee a Third Quarter PEARL Award

Regional West recently recognized Kortni Lane as a third quarter PEARL award recipient. 

The PEARL award recognizes employees for outstanding customer service, quality patient care, and teamwork reflecting Pride, Effort, Attentiveness, Respect, and Leadership. Each quarter, the PEARL committee selects individuals who exemplify outstanding teamwork and those who have gone above and beyond to take care of their patients and/or co-workers.  

Lane works as a patient access specialist in Regional West Physicians Clinic-Surgery, Vascular Diagnostics. Her nomination from a co-worker read, “Kortni is a huge asset to our clinic – her knowledge makes our clinic run much smoother. She is always willing to help with whatever she can. When covering another clinic on a Sunday, she made time to reschedule patients who were scheduled in error. Kortni is a true PEARL.” A patient’s nomination said, “Kortni is always so friendly, easy to talk to, and ALWAYS helps get appointments that help with my work schedule – even last-minute requests. I appreciate Kortni. She's a keeper.”
