SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., –. Beginning Monday, October 17 a portion of the Regional West Medical Center Emergency Room parking lot in Scottsbluff will be under construction. The Emergency Room will remain fully operational during construction. Please continue to use the current Emergency Room entrance and parking lot. Temporarily, the handicap and five minute parking spaces will be relocated within the current parking area. These spaces will be clearly marked with proper signage.
