Exceptional Care Earns Regional West Employee a Third Quarter STAR Award

Regional West recently recognized Seasons Uhrig as a third quarter STAR award recipient. 

The STAR program at Regional West encourages employees, patients, their family members, and visitors to nominate employees who demonstrate outstanding care and customer service. 

Uhrig is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on 3 East. Her nomination from a patient said, “While on holiday, my appendix ruptured and I ended up at Regional West for surgery. I was very far from home and knew no one. The STAR nominee made sure to visit me every day even if not assigned. In her personal time, she researched the best way I could get to Denver to catch a flight home. She’s truly exceptional and made my situation much less stressful and scary.”
