SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional Care, Inc. will commemorate 30 years of service to its customers with an event Tuesday, Aug. 23 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Trails West YMCA Camp in Scottsbluff.

RCI began business in 1992 as a third-party insurance administrator, handling healthcare claims for Regional West Medical Center’s own staff. Today, RCI serves approximately 800 group clients and 40,000 members across the country.
