Regional West Medical Center Parking Lot Construction
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., –. Regional West is temporarily changing the procedure for families to drop off patients at its Emergency Department, due to construction. Beginning October 27 and lasting for about two weeks, the “five minute” drop-off parking spots in the Emergency Department lot next to the Emergency entrance will be closed.
Vehicles dropping off patients at the Emergency Department will need to use the circular drive leading to the hospital’s main (south) entrance. They will be able to stop briefly next to the Emergency entrance to help the patient into the Emergency Department. Signs will be posted.
Except for the “five minute” drop-off” parking spots, the remainder of the Emergency Department lot will remain open. A pedestrian walkway to the Emergency Department entrance will be clearly marked.
