Regional West Offers Survey for Community Health Needs Assessment
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Health Services is partnering with the Scotts Bluff County Health Department and Panhandle Public Health District (PPHD) to conduct a survey about Community Health Improvement. This is part of the 2017 Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Improvement Planning process taking place throughout the panhandle.
Regional West, PPHD, and economic development will use the results and other information to identify the most pressing concerns which can be addressed through community action.
