Regional West Physicians Clinic-Family Medicine to Offer Free Sports Physicals
SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb., – Regional West Physicians Clinic-Family Medicine will offer free sports physicals on July 19 for area athletes in grades 8 through 12.
The sports physical clinic will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Regional West Physicians Clinic-Family Medicine, located at Regional West Medical Plaza South, 3911 Avenue B, Suite 1100. No appointment is necessary.
Sports physical forms will be available at the clinic. Students must be accompanied by a parent. The physicals will be good for the 2017-2018 school year.
During the free sports physical event, Community Health nurses will be available to review required immunizations and vaccinate students who need booster shots. Prices will vary according to the type of immunization required. Payment may be made by cash or check, or insurance companies will be billed for those who bring their insurance card. Students with no insurance coverage will be eligible for the Vaccines for Children Program. No child will be turned away due to inability to pay.
